If you find yourself worrying about what’s going on in the world around you, you’re not alone. We all feel guilty when we’re at our worst and we can often feel like we have to work to make ourselves feel better.
The idea behind holiday stress quotes is to make you feel less responsible for things going wrong. The more we put off thinking about our problems, the more we worry about them. A good stress quote would make you think, “At least I’m not the one who can’t get a new TV today,” or “I’d better start praying for a miracle,” or “I’ll be fine.
I’m also quite happy to take a break from the holiday stress quotes I’ve been writing about on this blog. The holidays are over, and I don’t really want to get all worked up. I mean, I’m sure I’ll get stressed thinking about all the money I spent on gifts for people I didn’t even know I needed.
I tend to get really stressed when the holidays are over, especially since I’m not sure if I’ll ever get another chance to spend money on a gift for anyone (not that I don’t get stressed thinking about my money, but I’m not sure it is as big a deal as it seems). I’ve been really happy to take a break so I can take a few days off from writing posts.
