Its really easy to get stressed out. When you’re a victim of death we are so vulnerable to that we are at our most vulnerable. We have to do all that we can to make that possibility a real possibility. A lot of people get stressed out and then act out or feel crazy. We are more vulnerable when we are not doing everything we can to make sure people don’t take our lives.
Its true, you need to be careful when youre in a situation that is dangerous. But the point is to remain calm, maintain a positive attitude, and think positively. If you’re doing everything in your power to make things go away, then you will have to deal with the tension.
I think there are a lot of people that feel stressed out when they are in a situation and think, “Oh well, I can just calm down and think about all the things that I can do to make it go away.” But what you can do is think really positively. You can’t think negatively or worry about the future. Think about yourself, your family, your friends, and the people that you love.
