Clia is the name of the Mexican city in Mexico, where drugs are prohibited on the streets. It seems to have become the most common drug trafficking drug in Mexico. Her name is a spell that means “you don’t want to die.” The drug-trafficking culture has developed over the last few years, and the drug trade has grown significantly as our community grows into a more active, drug-free society.
Clia is one of the most visible and controversial drug busts we have as a community. In June, our city became the first to ban the sale of all drugs to minors in a city wide effort, with the hopes of ending the drug trade here. But the drug trade continues. From the day we are a community, there are people in our community selling drugs openly, and there are more and more drug dealers coming into our city, creating a new problem that our community must deal with.
