It will relax you. It will allow you to feel better. I think it could help you feel a lot healthier if you just take a deep breath and relax for a short time.

If you don’t believe me, try this: hold a balloon up to your mouth and try to count the air inside. I think you should probably try it.

I have been doing this lately with my dog. Its not a bad idea at all. I say its bad because it seems so extreme. I actually felt really sick after I took that breath. The more you do it, the less you feel sick. If you do it in a public place, a cafe or something just be aware of it and be careful you don’t end up in a crowd or something.
