It is a very good idea to read this book because its written so well. I have been on the other side of having anxiety issues and am an avid reader of books on the psychology of stress. While reading this book I found myself nodding off at times and wondering why I was so stressed out. I also found myself trying to eat the foods it lists as not being stress-relieving.
