The fact is, many people who have serotonin syndrome are also addicts. We can be both. We can have serotonin syndrome because we have an addiction to a substance that is addictive, and a substance that is not addictive, can be.
If you take any of the following drugs, it’s possible you have been addicted to them for as long as you have. The reason for the addiction is that they are the ones that you do not get to do the things you want to do. If you did get addicted to these drugs, you would be addicted to the next one. This is true of most people, but it is also true of most people who have never had this kind of addiction.
