A lot of our stress comes from not being able to move about in the morning. We don’t want to go to bed. We don’t want to go to bed. We don’t want to wake up feeling up to the fact that we are on a timer clock. We don’t want to go to sleep. We don’t want to stop working or get out of bed.

But there is a stress-release that comes with the morning. It’s called “exhaustion.” It’s important to take enough time to do your work and then take a few minutes to walk your dog, take a shower, and get out of the house. This is the time you should make those last minute bathroom stops. You don’t want to be the person who gets out of bed and starts walking, showering, and getting ready for work.

Its important to get out of bed. But you also need the relaxation, and this is what the stress-release stage is. This is the time when you should get out of bed and take a few extra minutes to do your work and go take a hot shower, walk your dog, and get ready to work. And of course, you do need to do all of these things for your stress-release.

As it turns out, the stress-release stage of stress is a good time to take a shower and get your gym clothes out and shower and you know what, you can take all your clothes off, put on a robe, and go out. Now you should be ready to work.
