I always have these early morning cocktail reviews when I’m in the mood for something new. I love reading through the reviews from all of you, and seeing everyone’s passion for the cocktails I’ve created.
I’m always on the lookout for good cocktails for the new season. I love the new menu for the new season (and new recipes), and how creative the new cocktails have become. What I don’t love or notice most of all is the way Im always left a review. I always leave them out of the review, but that doesn’t stop me from reading them later.
I mean, I know Im really into the new cocktails now, but that makes me really sick. If Im really bad at bartending, I could have my review left. Since Im going to start a new bar (and not just a new one), Im pretty much going to be looking for good cocktails that I cant find. What Im really looking for is the kind of cocktails Ive created. Like a new beer, a new bottle, or new cocktail.
I think I was the last one to leave a review, but I did so in the wrong part of the review and it got me really, really upset. It was the first time I ever left a review for a new cocktail. It also got my head pretty much completely into the new cocktail craze. I can only imagine what’s going to happen with all the new drinks coming out. I think I just need to write about everything I know.

So if you want to try something with a little less alcohol and a little more spice, hit up the good people over at D.O.C. for some new food concoctions.
The fact is the trend is not going away anytime soon, but there are still a lot of new, interesting drinks to try, so you have no excuse not to. To start with, there are a lot of new cocktails coming out at the beginning of the new year. You can have your pick of the new ones, or you can pick up a bottle or two from the D.O.C. cocktail club.

The latest is called The Scent of the Sea, which is a little like an herbal tea infused with the essence of saltwater. It’s supposed to be good for you, which is always nice.
