In addition to replacing sugar with corn syrup, I also replace the other sugars that I use in my recipes with corn syrup.
I have no idea what this can be for corn syrup. It might be a sugar substitute. It might be a starch substitute. It might be a vegetable starch. It might be just a starch substitute. I haven’t tried it yet myself, so I can’t say.
